Cancellation Policy
The amount retained depends on how far in advance you cancel. We encourage guests to notify us as early as possible to minimise any loss.
On arrival or during your stay
Full payment for the entire booking is retained
If you cancel after checking in, or fail to arrive, the total value of your booking will be forfeited.
0 – 14 days before arrival | No-show
The full 50% deposit paid is retained
Cancellations within two weeks of arrival — or a no-show without prior notice — result in the entire deposit being forfeited.
15 – 28 days before arrival
75% of deposit or 25% of the full quote value — whichever is greater
We retain whichever amount is higher between three-quarters of your deposit and a quarter of the total booking value.
29 days or more before arrival
50% of deposit or 25% of the full quote value — whichever is greater
The earlier you cancel, the less you forfeit. We retain whichever amount is higher between half your deposit and a quarter of the total booking value.
